Terms and Conditions

VAT

Export prices do not include VAT, which will be added to all orders delivered to UK addresses. VAT will be charged on all items where applicable at the rate prevailing at the date of despatch (currently 20 %,). For all EC countries VAT will be added unless a VAT number is provided with the order.

Deliveries are ex-works. Carriage, insurance and freight will be charged extra. Unless otherwise notified, order will be dispatched on an ex-works basis. We welcome the opportunity to supply quotations against a list of items required for bulk delivery to Government or Trade customers (incoterms 2000 apply).


Shipping

All carriage prices quoted are to one mainland UK address. Please contact us if you require a carriage quotation to other destinations.


Delivery

Please check carefully against your consignment. If you have any queries, please contact us immediately.

Payment

Payment for order should be made prior to despatch of the goods. Payment may be made in all major currencies, sterling cheque, credit card or bank draft.


Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.  The type of information we will collect about you includes:


your name, your address, your telephone number and your email address


We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.   We will never sell or pass on your information.


Claims

Will be allowed only in the following circumstances:

Short deliveries or damaged goods. Notification must be made to us within three days of the receipt of the goods. Goods should not be returned without contacting us first as this may delay credit/replacement or product being processed.

In the event of non-delivery of a complete consignment, notification must be made to us within ten days of the invoice date. In the event of any query on delivery please contact us.

Goods are not supplied on a resale or return basis and credit will not be
given for goods found to be in a defaced or unsuitable condition.
